The MidAtlantic area has formed a consortium of Microsoft Certified Dynamics partners to make the process of selecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics products easier for our customers. This pilot project was funded by Microsoft and will be heavily promoted in the Mid Atlantic area.

END USERS WANT TO DO MORE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION THEMSELVES
Wizard Productivity Systems conducted a survey of QuickBooks users as well as current Dynamics GP users to discover the level of services they would require for their next implementation. Of those surveyed,
- 91% of QuickBooks users and 61% of Dynamics GP users want to do more of the implementation themselves with varying degrees of support from consultants.
Evaluating the survey results it is clear that those users want more efficient and effective ways to implement their accounting solution. Not only are they looking for cost savings, but they also want to reduce their reliance on outside consultants. Nevertheless, recognizing that good implementation consulting is still necessary, they need to be able to select the level of training and implementation assistance they need.
