During the Set-up and Installation Phase, Wizard will:

  • Provide a project plan with steps for successful implementation of General Ledger, Payables Management, Receivables Management and Bank Reconciliation modules
  • Install and configure software remotely and ship server to you
  • Provide instructions on how to implement Dynamics GP workstations
  • Install and configure server operating system
  • Create five users, one accounting group in Active Directory on the server
  • Create one company in Dynamics GP and SQL
  • Use preconfigured security roles within Dynamics GP to assign each user roles limiting their access in Dynamics GP based on your criteria
  • Provide telephone and online support to assist you during configuration

After Implementation Phase, Wizard will provide:

  • Technician to review your system and offer guidance
  • Telephone and online support tools
  • Coaching as you go live
  • Staff to answer questions for your staff
  • Additional Web-based training from Microsoft E-Learning
