It crosschecks configuration logic, interfaces with all SQL databases and documents all settings and changes. Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ comes with three unique software applications designed to efficiently and effectively implement your Microsoft Dynamics accounting software:

Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ must be installed at the server, using administrative rights. Client computers may be used to complete all questions after installing Microsoft Dynamics accounting software and creating the system and application databases, which are completed through iConsultant®.

What kind of "help" is available in Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™?

Both iConsultant® and ConvertMSTR™ have large, comprehensive help libraries to coach users through each area of accounting system software implementation, offering discussions and multi-level help. Wizard Productivity Systems consultants also are prepared to answer questions and help users work through any rough spots.

What kind of training is needed before using Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™?

Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ utilizes a self-paced accounting software training tool. Users will initially be presented with a tutorial designed to help familiarize them with iConsultant® and ConvertMSTR™. Convenient online assistance and clear, friendly phone support are readily available.

How does iConsultant® work?

After loading the implementation software on the server, the user proceeds through a structured series of questions, examples and recommendations to configure the accounting software. This process includes the installation of database software and the installation of Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL accounting software solutions. Upon completion, iConsultant® will have properly configured the required databases, system control records and business process features; and launched the selected modules for daily use.

iConsultant® understands business accounting software and business processes. It will ask questions to properly configure the customer's accounting system software, and function the way the customer's business works. Additional information and discussions will tutor the consultant and/or customer to help promote the right answers. As the consultant or customer responds to questions about how the customer does business, iConsultant® keeps track of implementation progress. It allows users to navigate to other modules, return to previous questions, proceed to other questions or quit the system and resume later where they left off. iConsultant® also alerts the user to conflicts in the answers and helps clarify a question by navigating to a previous discussion to resolve the conflict.

Does Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ include data conversion tools?

Yes. ConvertMSTR™ accelerates analysis, mapping and importing data from any legacy system into Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL accounting software. ConvertMSTR™ is seamlessly integrated into iConsultant®. Users with limited technical accounting services experience can employ this user-friendly tool to successfully transfer legacy data into Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL. With a QuickBooks® upgrade, we automatically access QuickBooks® data for conversions.

Factors affecting the implementation timeframe include the number of Microsoft Dynamics accounting software modules installed, the number of users authorized, and the amount of data to be converted.

Will ConvertMSTR™ help convert a hosted solution to Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL?

This requires checking with the hosting company to confirm access to the solution, so they can get the information into Excel. If information can be imported into Excel, Wizard can help convert it for use by Microsoft Dynamics accounting software. Sometimes, hosting firms charge extra for these services.

If a company operates in multiple countries, which country’s price list applies?

Pricing is determined by the country housing the server with Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL accounting software.

What if my needs go beyond your solution parameters?
