- iConsultant® - a highly sophisticated, intuitive resource that automates the implementation configuration process. iConsultant® applies an intelligent Q&A approach to provide structured step-by-step processes for implementing Microsoft Dynamics™ with user friendly screens, examples and recommendations. It makes best practice recommendations and crosschecks configuration logic.
- ConvertMSTR™ – accelerates analysis, mapping and importing data from any legacy system into Microsoft Dynamics™ GP or SL. Convert from Excel into Microsoft Dynamics™ GP or SL without knowing SQL or writing VB scripts.
- ConfigTRKR™ - automatically documents all settings and configurations. It runs seamlessly in the background and remembers every setting, every field and every change.

What other programs are compatible with the Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™?
Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ can be used with any accounting system software that allows data to be imported into an Excel spreadsheet. This includes PeachTree, MAS 90, industry-specific accounting system software, and even “homegrown” accounting services.
What Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL modules does Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ support?
Wizard X4 supports all of the Microsoft Dynamics Business Essential modules and most of the modules in Advanced Management for both Microsoft Dynamics GP and SL, including Project.
Is Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ designed for Microsoft Dynamics customers or is it designed for the Partner Consulting teams to help implement Microsoft Dynamics accounting software?
Both. The Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ is specifically designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Microsoft Dynamics GP and SL accounting system software implementations. Depending on the accounting solutions package purchased, the implementation consultant can allocate services where most needed. At the Foundation Package level, end-users handle most of the implementation work themselves. At the Premier Package level, they are provided extensive support and training throughout the implementation. The Select Package provides a mid-range of services. The applications are user friendly, allowing customers to walk through a successful completion themselves, to the extent desired. Self-directed, web-based accounting software training is provided with all packages. More in-depth group accounting software training tailored to specific company needs comes with the Select and Premier packages.
Is Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ multi-user?
Wizard X4 comes with a three-user license. Additional users can also be purchased.
Does Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ run from the server?
Wizard X4 must be installed at the server, using administrative rights. Client computers may be used to complete all questions after installing the Microsoft Dynamics accounting software and creating the system and application databases – which are completed through iConsultant®.
What kind of accounting services "help" is available in Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™?
Both iConsultant® and ConvertMSTR™ have large, comprehensive help libraries to coach users through each area of the accounting system software implementation, offering discussions and multi-level help. Additional help may be obtained from Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ consultants.
What kind of accounting software training is needed before using Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™?
Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ provides a self-paced training tool. Users will initially be presented with a tutorial designed to help familiarize them with iConsultant® and ConvertMSTR™. More comprehensive group training is included in the higher-end packages.
How does the process work?
The partner conducts project management design to set expectations and prepare the customer for implementation of accounting system software.
After loading the implementation software on the server, the user proceeds through a structured series of questions, examples and recommendations to configure the accounting software. This process includes the installation of database software and the installation of Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL. Upon completion, iConsultant® will have properly configured the required databases, system control records and business process features; and launched the selected modules for daily use.
iConsultant® understands business accounting software and business processes. It will ask questions to properly configure the customer's software, and function the way the customer's business works. Additional information and discussions will tutor the consultant and/or customer to help promote the right answers. As the consultant or customer responds to questions about how the customer does business, iConsultant® keeps track of implementation progress. It allows users to navigate to other modules, return to previous questions, proceed to other questions or quit the system and resume later where they left off. iConsultant® also alerts the user to conflicts in the answers and helps clarify a question by navigating to a previous discussion to resolve the conflict.
Post-installation, the partner reviews the process and conducts accounting software training for the end-user. As required, the partner writes any necessary custom reports, customizes elements of the system and adds requested integration with outside accounting software systems.
Does Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ include data conversion tools?
Yes, ConvertMSTR™ accelerates analysis, mapping and importing data from any legacy system into Microsoft Dynamics™ GP or SL accounting software. ConvertMSTR™ is seamlessly integrated into iConsultant®. Users with limited technical accounting services experience can employ this user-friendly tool to successfully transfer legacy data into Microsoft Dynamics™ GP or SL. With a QuickBooks upgrade, we automatically access QuickBooks data for conversions. Please note: ConvertMSTR™ only converts data for modules on the screen.
Will ConvertMSTR® help convert a hosted solution to Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL?
This requires checking with the hosting company to confirm access to the solution, so they can get the information into Excel. If information can be imported into Excel, Wizard can help convert it for use by Microsoft Dynamics. Sometimes, hosting firms charge extra for these services.
If a company operates in multiple countries, which country’s price list applies?
Pricing is determined by the country housing the server with Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL accounting software.
Is there any user documentation for the Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™ other than what is embedded in the program?
There are installation instructions when the reselling partner downloads a copy of Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™. Other than that, we have tried to keep all documentation in the product for ease of use.
How do partners get training on Wizard X4 Productivity Suite™?
For the evaluation copy and for the first customer implementation, we will schedule one of our consultants to work with the reseller organization for the implementation.
